Do not be upset with yourself for joining the evaluation panel. It's panel members like you who help to maintain a sound balance. I'm not asking for a reply I would like you to honestly think about it, do you think that all referrals are dealt with fairly, do you see that there is cluster of members that always vote the same way regardless of what information and/or opinion is presented?

Admin gave the evaluation panel to the members because he was accused of being unfair. The evaluation panel is the closest thing to democracy that the site has. It's unfortunate that the voting members do not read and vote with admin's guidelines in mind. As I've said before, sometimes "we" it right and sometimes "we" don't. It is the BEST that we have and "it is what it is".........
