 | These are pearly penile papules and are totally normal. Some guys just have 'em. I like to think that the guys who have these are the next stage of human evolution, one day well all have 'em. There is absolutely no reason to remove or even attempt to remove them. Though I have had to explain in the past to new partners what they are which can be awkward. |
