I'm concerned that if I give birth vaginally, the baby will stretch me out to the point, that I won't be able to enjoy sex as much as I did before. I think I'd be too loose and my husband would be too small for me. Anyone experienced before and after? Can you tell a difference? Would you opt for a cesarian if you had a choice?
I had (natural, no epidural) virginal birth and ended up with an episiotomy, when I went in for my 6 week check up I was told I could have surgical reconstruction or do vaginal exerciser.. I opted for exercising, and 6 years later I am the kegel master, I can hold a steel marble in my vagina while hula hooping… I am tighter now then I was when I was 18… I would take ripping or an episiotomy over a cesarian any day --------------------------------------- added after 77 seconds

Thanks for the information. That's what I'm trying to go for, but hospital in my town have a very high rate of c sections and it seems like they tend to safe route every time they can.
on being a kegel master! Maybe you can teach me an exercise or two. Do you use any props?

Sorry to interrupt, but consider that too: if they cut the price is way higher. Welcome to the healthcare for the profit.
I was charged an additional $1,400 for the episiotomy itself…. They cut me open with out any anesthetic and charged me a fee for it… my natural birth cost more then my friends planed cesarian

By the time I'll be giving birth, I'll be close to reaching my out of pocket max, so I'm not really worried about the cost, they'll charge me whatever they can.
They forgot to give you anesthetics? WTF? Should I add that to my birth plan, that if someone will try to cut into me without numbing the area first, I will grab those scissors and cut their ears off. Should I put that in bold red?
It was my own fault… I opted for all natural, and by the time my delivery went south it was to late to give me anything, they just wanted to get her out quickly
After the vaginally birth her pussy is larger. We still enjoy sex very much but I have an average cock for length and a bit under for thickness...now I would exchange this 2 parameters!

Did she got episiotomy or any rips? Was she doing kegels and pelvic floor muscles excercises?
Yes she got episiotomy. Now we have but two years later she still feel to have a larger vagina and desire a bit larger cock inside. She dont practice exercises for pelvic muscles and we didnt know the existence.

And kegals will help things too

I've been doing kegels since middle school... but still... I don't think it'll ever be the same
I've had women where I really couldn't tell whether she had any kids or not. Some were damned near as tight as teens. No joke. If you do the right things (check your PM), then you'll be just fine.
