I just had the best sushi ever I ordered something called Red devil rolls which had avocado cream cheese celery cucumber tempura shrimp and tuna inside the roll rolled in white rice and green onion and then topped with spicy mayo and crab . I was really surprised on how good it was I also had a side of miso soup one of the best lunches ive had in a while.

it would have been better if I had grilled the peppers first so the skin would have peeled off. The skin can give a bitter flavour so is best removed before soupification.
