I guess I'm the odd man out but it made sense to me. Although, it's not the most easily understood sentence. However, "Have you had sex with a 20 year older women?" seems to obviously mean have you had sex with a woman 20 years older than you. In which case, yes however not recently and probably never again. So, that's my answer and for the rest of you confused by the English, your absolutely correct as well. It is confusing.

Your interpretation was a different one:
"Have you had sex with a woman 20 years older than you?"
That's also a possibility.

But since "women" was used instead of "woman" we have two more variants:
"Have you had sex with 20 year old women?"
"Have you had sex with women 20 years older than you?"

I would go for a guy older than me. While young guys are great, older men are more experienced and sometimes better. But older men generally prefer younger women.
