Only 0.2% are above 8" which is considered huge. Average is now apperently 5.5 - 6.7. Thus 7 is considered above avg or big...

i think it tends to grow.

from my experience the rule of tumb is: the older, the smaller.

There is loads of conflicting data about what is average. I have read numerous research studies on penis size and as far as I'm concerned to me average is 5"-7" This figure takes into account racial variations too.
