 | I'll do my best to help you by advising you to forget the whole idea. There are two reasons for this. One, they do not work. With most men there will be a temporary increase in penis size. The important word in that sentence is TEMPORARY. After a few hours or a few days, the penis returns to its original size. The second reason is that they are dangerous. I've read news reports of men having to go to a hospital emergency room with a ruptured blood vessel in the penis from using a penis pump. Also you risk losing sensation in the penis.
