They are readily available in the porn shops and sex toy stores here in San Francisco, but of course most of the USA is not like San Francisco. So the internet is probably your best bet.

As someone who has worn one 24/7 for twelve or fifteen years now, I'll mention that both the rubber and the stainless steel rings caused my skin to break out. As a further comment I'll add that an additional advantage of a jade bracelet is that it can be easily broken to get it off. So if it is too small and you find that you've gotten it on and cannot get it off again, you can break it off. (This has happened to me.) Not so with steel.
