 | I think it is safest to assume that it IS illegal. In case you have not noticed, there has been great loss of the basic freedoms of speech and thought in recent years. Add to this an increasing tendency of 'authority' to collect and collate information about every individual with new laws on the statute book and moves to greatly increase the collection of online data about everyone without their agreement or even knowledge,..and this all adds up to a country with the most inquiring 'authorities' in Europe. Add to this the stuff that is planned such as the increased collection of DNA samples (1.5 million samples from youngsters under 14 collected already mostly in the past year) and the increasing view that all members of the public are potential criminals just 'waiting to offend'...and you will be taking a chance with everything that you view online. |
