The great British actress of stage and screen, Billie Whitelaw, passed away aged 82 on Sunday, 21st December followed by the passing the following day of the singer Joe Cocker, aged 70. Billie was a superb actress, in a full range of roles, especially as the mother in "The Krays" and gravel-voiced Joe a fantastic singer, especially with Jennifer Warnes on "Up Where We Belong".
