As a man who grew up with a long foreskin and was circumcised as an Adult I've experienced both.
I know it can be hard to keep under the foreskin clean especially if it's hot weather or you go away camping and don't have access to showers for more than a day.
I used to **** the smell Of Smegma and try to keep it clean but I have 3 friends that actively try and build up as much as possible by peeing into the foreskin and not washing. I just feel sorry for there girlfriends.
Does anyone else do this?
I'm just glad my bare head is free and clean now!

Smegma.... I find it an interesting thing. I was circumcised as a infant and spent most of my life that way and never gave smegma a thought. I have restored my foreskin to the point where I now surprisingly have to deal with this issue. I do not see this as repulsive as some have stated, I find it a wonderful confirmation that I have a more normal cock. on a side note I have noticed that the amount of smegma produced is directly related to your diet.... I have found that if I have more fats and oils in my diet I get more smegma. less meats and more veggies.. less smegma. do I try to let it build up? no.. I clean my foreskin sometimes twice a day with just warm water and a wash cloth. I find if I use soap that I have a very strong odor for a few days....

I do not try to build it up nor do I struggle to keep my foreskin clean, I am just happy to have a foreskin and the increase in sensitivity and pleasure make taking care of smegma a pleasure not a chore

I agree it shouldn't be a problem and I would hope people keep clean.
