Manually, a flaccid penis, retracts very well, but when the erection is at maximum strength enough (perhaps, the crown of the glans is too thick?) ... In the end, quietly flowing beneath the crown of the glans, sometimes it sticks to the glans (little lubrication?), but it produces a certain throttle, with a slight discomfort (not painful).
As for reverse operation, the covering of the glans, only manually (mechanically) can ...
