I want to ask if it is possible to remove the part of foreskin that connect my cock with my skin, at the base if my head. I think it is called frenulum or something like that. Notice. I m not saying about total cut and removal of foreskin. Just this part.

I feel uncimfortable when my skin is pulled back and concerned that it could be brake or cut on its own. So could i remove it and keep my foreskin ?

This is called a frenulectomy (if it's removed) or frenulotomy (if they just cut into it). It's a simple routine procedure. If you tell your doctor that your frenulum is uncomfortable when you pull the foreskin back, then they'll be happy to do it for you.

My guess is that this is possible. It also seems to me that if it is uncomfortable for you to retract your foreskin, then some kind of surgical modification is called for. But I'm not a doctor.

Do not be shy, see a doctor, preferably a urologist, about this. Don't be concerned about shocking him because doctors have already seen and heard everything. They are there to advise and treat their patients, not judge them.
