The other night I came home drunk from an work industry event and logged on. To my absolute thrill, a woman complimented, voted,liked, whathaveyou- my profile pics. Because I mostly lean straight on the spectrum, I was elated to have tbe first woman compliment me.
After checking my points to make sure I actually had some, I sent what I thought were candles to the woman.
The next morning I went logged back on hangover and everything to discover my gift to this woman a mean gift. I was totally appalled.
While admitting I was intoxicated and may have inadvertently clicked on the wrong gift, I'm not convinced this wasn't a S.I.O. glitch.
Anyway I received several negative gifts from several members in what was likely solidarity to the woman I miss-gifted and not only do I understand why they would do it, but admire their loyalty.
I don't want a thing from Ms Emmammaline, and no need to unblock me. I just want her to know I would never ever say anything mean to anyone on this platform. Least of which, someone who complimented me. If anyone reading this us connected/friends -whatever...tell her it was an accident. I don't just feel bad about it, I'm haunted by it.
If my inept bumbling ass caused the error, I shall be a little cautious around Mr. Booze if this was a S.I O. glitch (which is really what I suspect), shame on you and get IT to fix it. Anyway mean gifts are fucking stupid anyway.
