On every picture page, just above the picture, is a link that says "Evaluate". Click that, and choose "Internet pic". I'm guessing at Admin's coding, but if it works like category evaluation, one person clicking "Internet pic" won't do much, but 10 or 20 people clicking "Internet pic" may bring it to his attention.

Or it may be something to keep us busy instead of making posts complaining about it But I agree - I just don't see the point of posting net pics here.
