Need "Age" criteria in Search Members option [For Admin]

Boys and Girls, will you like to search members of particular defined age?
Checking of Member's age by visiting their profile is a difficult task. So there should be an option in search box to find members by their age criteria e.g. 20-30 years or 30-40 years.

Members who want this feature, please leave your opinion/comment on this.

Admin please think about it.
