Is it normal for my age, that my sperm only flows out? I am 56 and I do remember me well, that I was able to sprinkle out upto the face and more some years ago.

You need to do 'Kegel' excercises. Start with only 30 a day, then do 30 mornign and evening then extend each session to 40,...50, and upwards by adding a few each week. Find the right muscles to clench by stopping the flow during urinating.....don't flex or clench your belly.


DON'T OVERDO IT AT FIRST...


When you are able to do, say, 60 three times during the day, add some 'clench and hold' for 10 seconds,..and build up to 25 of those.


By this time you will have much harder (and faster) erections and you will be shooting in forceful streams rather than a "flow".
