I keep mine pulled back too. I just pull it back and it stays that way - no training required. It does slip back occasionally. You must have a very loose foreskin if it keeps moving back forward. Good luck!

My method is to retract my foreskin whilst having a bath, then leave it pulled back and let your skin dry out. Then pull it back as often as possible. If you wear boxers rather than briefs, your foreskin is more likely to stay back. I have a naturally short foreskin and found it easy.
