5 1/2 inches isn't small since most guys are between 5 and 6 inches long. Very much below 5 inches is getting into small territory. Your right - your 1 3/4 inches across is wider than average - which is usually stated as 1.6 inches in diameter.

As FeelinSatisfied has so correctly pointed out five and a half inches is a normal size dick. Do not judge yourself by the eight or ten inchers that you see on porn stars. Dicks this large are exceedingly rare with less than two percent of men having them.

As I have said numerous time before here on SYD, shape and proportion are far more important than size. And you excell in both of these qualities. You have a nice straight shaft, a well shaped glans and perfect proportion between glans size and shaft length and diameter. All told, you have a lovely penis. Be proud of it and be happy with it.
