I wondered that myself. Yes your huge ball sack is fastinating, but aren't there some risks from doing this? Also, how long does your ball sack remain enlarged? I would expect that eventually the saline solution is absorbed and everything goes back to normal size. I'm not about to try this, but please satisfy my intellectual curiosity.
