I take zinc, but it doesn't seem to have any effect on the amount of spunk I produce. Maybe I should try lecithin.

When I was studying pharmaceutical medicine, I remember
little was known in reference to lecithin. I do recall this
dietary supplement may enhance memory, potentially beneficial for treating dementia disorders???????????
Also, ( in theory ), lowers serum cholesterol....then again,
