The balls look bigger and hang more making the dick look smaller. The hair is great and makes no difference. No 1 certainly looks better but all dicks are great to see especially uncut ones

Reasons:

It's a better looking dick. A nice "helmet head" glans showing thru the foreskin. Good shape, good proportion. The veins on number 2 are a plus, however.

Nice low hanging balls.

Good looking pubic patch. While I'm a major advocate of body grooming, when the pubic hair is dark colored and grows in an attractive pattern, natural looks good.

Better photography. The skin tone looks more natural in number 1.
