Mine were not working for a while yesterday but seem to be ok now! I do know it has a lot to do with how many people are on at the time you try some times I have to try several times before i can get in.
I may be wrong but I think the only way you can avoid this is to be a paying member.
To me it isnt all that important so I just wait till it allows me to.
