Just wanted to see if there was anyone else like me out there. I will be 100% vegetarian until the day I die, but I really enjoy eating ham (crispy, fried bacon is yummy, too!). I had my first ham sandwich when I was 13, and ever since, I have been chowing down on any type of pork flesh I can get my hands on! I am still TOTALLY vegan, and would never even consider kissing a pig, but I love the way their meat tastes. Anybody else feel like that?

Last summer I attended a pig roast that my friend put together. After everyone left for the day, we were standing around the decemated animal when suddenly we had an idea. Yes you can still be a Vegan, in the same way as still be keeping strictly kosher, as long as you only eat the pig on the Sabbath (You know: a minus number times a minus number equals a positive.). [Note this attempt at humour does not extend to 'Halal', and Fridays instead of Saturdays.]
