Its called sweat. When you shower take the watch off wash it and dry, and that should eliminate the problem. Don't shower with the watch on. Sweat breaks down the gaskets in the watch over time. I know the guys no longer around but Im a watch enthusiast so couldn't resist.

Perhaps, it is not the watch that smells. It may be that you have a deep-rooted internal stench, and the watch just keeps the wind from blowing it away...

Try using rubbing alcohol. I use it on my stainless steel watch band and it gets it really clean.
