This depends on your situation. I have Type II Diabetes and one side effect is it is difficult to keep an erection whether I am excited or not. Yes they really help your cock to stay hard. ero2715 is right though … you cant wear them too long. MY bf and use rings after we shoot our load the first time … it helps bring the erections back faster for a new go-around. Yes I do use them now and again and it doe's keep my erection up. Be aware though you must release the pressure on your cock/balls every 15 mins.
