 | Is anyone able to explain how a picture receives a rating? I understand that negative votes will impact so positive votes must but after that, the concept is fuzzy. I just tracked a pic that was recently submitted, it had 46 views and 2 comments that is at 100% rating yet there's a pic on the main page that has almost 300 views with 1 comment and no rating. |
