I'm the same. I prefer combination of mouth and hand. For example, having my balls licked during handjob works best for me. The reason I've rarely been able to cum during BJ is because I can't control myself. And some women don't like cum in their mouths. This has caused me a bit of anxiety. And so I find it difficult, always, to cum with BJ only.

But think about it this way too: there are many women who can't cum with pussy/clit licking only. I know it's different... only an analogy...
