Go for either a gomco clamp revision or a mogen clamp revision if you want it tighter. Me and the Ex had our boys done Tight with the Gomco. Like me, neither of them have any shaft skin movement with erections.

I don't have any shaft skin movement at all when I am erect, and when I am soft the skin stays behind the scar line, which is almost half way down my shaft.
