Not at all unusual. Most men's penises reach maximum size when they are in their late teens and then they start to get slightly smaller. It's not by very much or very fast generally until mid-forties and even then it doesn't happen very fast. If it's noticeable to you at 31 that is a tad young, but you probably needn't worry. If it still gets hard and shoots loads you're probably fine. But to make sure, you could see a urologist.

It's interesting to note that you self identify as straight. With the general public, wearing women's attire is considered a gay thing. Mine certainly has gotten smaller. Back in my mid-50s I still could get a nice hard cock. It never was all that large - maybe about 5" - may a bit bigger. In more recent years, it's gotten smaller.

I seem to buck the trend! Mine has grown a little bigger. I have two measuring pics on my page, the first is 16.5 cm and the latest is 17.5cm! The two images were taken about 3 years apart. Must be a result of my increased activity!
