spam junk virus on when opening

Yeah, I get it on my phone. I've stopped checking the site on my phone because of it. I work in the IT field, so I've troubleshot my phone (even though it's pretty obvious it's the site since it only happens on SYD) and it still happens.

Is it full screen ? or just in the right bottom corner ?

I think it is just the pop up to tell you that you have new pm's....

I'm not able to get the link to work to post it to the forum but I've posted the pic on my page for you to see. I get the virus warning when I use both my phone & tablet. It only happens on this site. I've had it happen when I log on, when I try to view pics, when I try to view who is on the site. I have antivirus installed on both my phone & tablet and when I run them they always say my devices are clean with no viruses.

If you are logged in, the page that is on your screenshot does not contain any third-party code at all. Only if you are not logged in it can show a pop-up code of ad exchange which can be a potential breach. But this cannot be when you are logged in.

It is your devices....you may have malware on your devices..

I know those are for pc....but you should look at those links..

Looks like junk was installed on your phone when you downloaded from a site....that is why you are getting pop ups to get 'du booster'

Have a google yourself anyway....hope it helps....

Make your own mind up though...

Get MBAM and scan your devices with that...it will find most malware...

I would suggest 'Malwarebytes'--it does a great job of finding most anything 'bad'. And it's free.

I originally thought so also; but when I checked in a search up came this: Microsoft BitLocker Administration and Monitoring (MBAM).

But I guess we agree that for Windows OS, Malwarebytes is about the best there is around.

Unfortunately MBAM has not fixed the problem. It did not find any malware on my phone but I'm still getting the pop ups. I'm only getting them on this site though. It has not happened on any other website.

I checked syc and syd for this pop up on my phone, I only get that pop up on syc registered accounts....I don't have any idea what it is...

It's bugging me now....

I know of an SYD registered account member that is getting the same pop ups on his phone. He has also told me he's chatted with some other users who are also getting it but I don't know if they are SYD or SYC accounts.

Look for the 3 dots in the top right corner 'ON CHROME',go to settings,then site settings, turn off javascript...

see if you still get the pop up to redirect to google play..

clear all your browser cache....I am not getting any pop ups to redirect me anymore on my phone...

I don't know what else I can suggest...normally it is a cache issue on my phone...sometimes a clear out of those helps....

Anyone else here able to help out with this problem ?

It seems to be only affecting android anyway...

That seems to work for the pop up issue but now I cannot access the links on my personal page for friends, comments, etc with the JavaScript turned off. I couldn't reply to this post either when it was turned off.

Clear cookies from your browser ?..
I cleared all my browser caches and data for chrome and it isn't happening on my phone anymore..

Yep I cleared the cache, cookies & history but still not able to open the links on my personal page with the javascrpit turned off.

I can open the messages link but when I open a message from someone the page is blank. Thank you for all your advice.
