This could take a while so i'll limit to my top4 sports (ones that I played and enjoy to watch) - cricket, baseball, rugby union and rugby league; as well as Australian Football, basketball, gridiron and soccer:
Cricket: Club Level - North Sydney Bears. State Level - NSW Blues.
Baseball: Sydney Blue Sox, Philadelphia Phillies, New York Yankees, Texas Rangers, Cleveland Indians.
Rugby Union: Club Level - Southern Districts Rebels. State/Provincial Level: ACT Brumbies, Canterbury Crusaders, Natal Sharks, NSW Waratahs, Leinster, Munster, London Irish.
Rugby League: Newcastle Knights, North Sydney Bears, Cronulla Sharks, Newtown Jets, Manly Sea-Eagles.

Australian Football: Port Adelaide Power, Geelong Cats, Carlton Blues, West Coast Eagles, Sydney Swans.
Basketball: Sydney Kings, San Antonio Spurs, Dallas Mavericks, Boston Celtics.
Gridiron: Chicago Bears, San Francisco 49ers, Green Bay Packers.
Soccer: Newcastle Jets, Central Coast Mariners, Newcastle United, Fiorentina, Juventus, Glasgow Rangers, River Plate

It's a cool sport and when I visit Canada i'm sure i'll be able to add the Canuks or Canadiens to the list, my friend - just not really a sport condusive to Australia

OK, understood. But do be sure and check out the Calgary (Alberta) Flames--NHL Hockey, and the Calgary Stampeders--CFL Football ("Gridiron").

[ Oh, and by the way, there are many NHL Hockey teams in the USA that regularly play in their own home cities where not a snowflake has ever fallen.
