If I understand you correctly, it rarelly works this way with adult sites :) What I get is a percentage from sales made through ad links. And apparently people here prefer free stuff :)

Trust me, adult biz is now not nearly that profitable and easy as it was 10 years ago, when you could have couple of tops (simple text pages with links to free and pay sites) with 10 thousands daily visitors and earn $10 grands per month.

Regretably I was trying to make a programmer career at the time and missed that train :) It's even harder now with a world crisis and free porn tubes taking visitors from all other sites. On all my sites I have like 200 thousands visitors daily and the monthly income is MUCH less than $10K.

Honestly, I think it's weird. 200 thousands it's like a population of a small town, if I owned a small radio or TV company in such a town I would definitelly make more than $10K from ads :)

There was some time the site was profitable enough. But I think I will close it next year since it's becoming more problem than profit again and there is little hope it will recover.

There will be no people here if I do that. I doubt you will enjoy a site with just 100 members. That's most optimistic estimate of how many members will stay if I make it paid only.

lolwelcome to the nature of the www. Admin runs a tight ship and for a reason, there are many tards that live here but i psid way before it was fashinable but people wanting something for nothin seems to be the 2018 way.

I think if the site is going to shut down for lack of funds, why not give it a try and charge a fee to enter per year, hey the worst thing that can happen is most people don't pay, it would shut down anyway. I'm all for a fee.

Payment processing for adult sites is heavily regulated. I can't use PayPal or most of other popular payments methods. I can't even use most of ordinary card processors like 2chekout. I can only use processors licensed to process payments for adult sites. And there are only several of those in entire world and most are flagged as high-risk which means many banks block such payments on their own choice or at least make it more complicated for the client, like they need additional approval, etc.

What I'm trying to say - if I make payments obligatory, 70% of people won't be able to pay even if they want to.

When I made my first purchase, my bank did in fact block it. But, that was quickly solved by replying to the text that was sent to me asking me if I recognized the purchase.

Dam the bad luck. I have enjoyed every day scene I have became a member of this totally original one of a kind web site . I Admit I have not payed my way on this site. It is really sad to hear that admin is making a loss on this site. One of the, perhaps predictable, results of the incredible spread and reach of the internet is that people have become accustomed to accessing music, video, apps and, relevant here, adult and porn sites for free.
In fact many people knowingly download copyright material - especally movies- from 'criminal' sites. There is the prevalent attitude that 'I want it for free'. No one want to pay.
If members really want this site to continue then they have to start putting their money into the site. Myself included.

I would not have any problem if this became a pay site.....A reasonable monthly cost would support the site. If admin is losing $300 a month, a charge of a dollar or two per member per month would be very reasonable. It would also serve to keep away the worst of the trolls. Another way could be to accept "donations", and get points for the donation. Again, just thoughts for admin, who is doing a great job!

BTW, a possibility to purchase points exists on this site about 2 months for now. Not many members use it. Seems I give too much possibilities to earn point without paying for them :) And yet some are complaining about how bad this point system is...
