That's how I did it. I started out at night, late at night for as long as I had the courage for. Then longer times until I could walk around the block totally naked. I think we have to learn to be comfortable naked. Because families can make people shy. They say what to wear at home and how it's wrong to let our body be seen naked or it's shameful.

Like other said take a little off and get comfortable with that. Then take everything off and get comfortable being naked. Do normal things at home, just do them naked.
