The examples you use do fit some of the scenarios that we vote on. Some of the "proof" submitted by the reporting member can clearly indicate that the site is an amateur site, sometimes the reporting member submits a lone "jpg" link that came from who knows where, and another favorite link to provide as a form of "proof" is Xhamster.
In my opinion, it's really a difficult thing to pass judgment on and I have no problem voting ABUSE HAS NO GROUND.
Some of my favorite "proof" is when reporting members will start placing mathematical equations on the reported member/picture. For instance, they will go as far as saying something like; the picture was cached in 2015, the member's bio says she is 20, therefore she was under the age of 18, blah, blah, blah...
I find it comical because in my opinion, I find that the majority of the voting members don't provide a reason why they voted as they did. Hey, I liken this panel to a jury, sometimes we "get it right" and sometimes we "fail to get it right"
Just recently, the Evaluation Panel deleted a longtime member of more than 4 years, pandorasbox. If memory serves me correctly, she had slightly more than 120 pictures and 3 of those 120 pictures were reported as being found on the internet by doing a reverse image search. Two of the pictures were of Nia somebody-or-another and there was another from someone else. If you look at the post made by admin, screen shot in my gallery, he does not appear to care about members that post an OCCASIONAL internet picture as long as the member does not claim them to be their own. I am going to extend myself by saying that it is MY UNDERSTANDING that he does not want us to say; my pussy, my boobs, my dick, my boyfriend's dick, my girlfriend, etc, if we are posting an internet pic. I'm also going to say that admin does NOT want his site to turn into a site where internet pictures are reposted. I guess he's hoping that we will exercise good judgement. I voted ABUSE HAS NO GROUND since the member did not claim those pictures to be of her and regardless, she had at least 117 additional pictures that were legit. Then comes another member that says regardless of admin's standing on the matter, it's a copyright infringement and the member should go. Members implement their own understanding or opinions and POOF!, pandorasbox was deleted.

Rather than immediate deletion, how about a ' cooling off ' period. Maybe look at how often member posts/visits, so say a frequent member they get a week to remove offending pictures up to those who are less frequent who get a month. There was a time that I feel that voting members were afraid to go against the "establishment" and I do NOT mean admin. There were members that enjoyed hunting for fakes and were able to convince their friends to vote swiftly in their favor. It was almost uncommon for voters to vote ABUSE HAS NO GROUND. Years ago, I reached out to admin and asked him to implement a "freeze" voting option so that in the event that someone was reported for deletion because they had an internet picture in their gallery, there was time an an opportunity to reach out to them. I had hoped for 48 to 72 hour freeze, admin gave 24 hours, that's what we have to work with. In the example of pandorasbox, she was a 4 year member, had 120+ pictures, 3 internet pictures...in my opinion, she was a member worthy of trying to save. I froze the voting and sent her a private message. Apparently, she was not one that visited the site daily or otherwise because the profile was deleted in 4 days. Many members voted, many varied opinions, ultimately, the majority of the members voted her gone.
As far as the "cooling off period", I'm not sure how that would work and/or how the site could implement it. Heck, some members cannot even submit a cohesive deletion report.

The referral that really cheeses me off is his referral of a member by the screen name of big . big is a ten year member and in leopoldij's quest for points or "cunt", whichever came first, stumbled across big's page and found that he had posted two internet pictures in his gallery. The proof submitted was solid yet it lacked whether leopoldij had contacted the member and requested that the pictures be deleted prior to reporting him.
Apparently, leopoldij was not aware of admin 's recent post(s) made on December 19 regarding his position on internet pictures. admin expressed to then member #460385, that he was not adverse to internet pictures being posted as long as the members do not claim them to be their own. Ultimately, member #460385 deleted their profile and sadly, admin made the decision to delete all the posts of their heated conversation.

It's exhausting to be damned for everything that is perceived to be negative on this site. Like I'm the member reaching out to admin and requesting changes to be made. NOT! One thing about me Scorps, I am no one's puppet nor am I a puppetmaster. If I have done something or did something wrong, I OWN IT, I don't hide.
Other than an occasional question or concern, I don't go to admin for much. The last thing I requested of admin was that he cap nice gifts for special occasions at 50 points. The Thanksgiving turkey choices are 10 points and 80 points, I think 80 points is too high. Also, I know that Thanksgiving is celebrated in Canada but in October, not November. If Thanksgiving is celebrated anywhere else, I'm not aware. The turkey gifts should be available October and November.
When I'm being accused and demeaned for admin changing things to suit my needs, it ain't me. I would hope that the members that are/were instrumental in having things changed, step up and own it.

Well, I would like to ask the arse that referred cumslutann, just where are the two pictures that she allegedly referred and attached? Here's a perfect example of how obstinate or ignorant she really is, a few weeks ago, lix reported a SYC member. Again, the pictures were not included with the report so I added pictures to make voting move smoothly. She was so pissed that I assisted that she deleted her referral and resubmitted it. In the end, I voted to delete the SYC member. *lix* needs to grow the fuck up. Contrary to what she thinks, IT IS NOT ABOUT HER, IT IS ABOUT HER PISS POOR WAY OF REPORTING.

The abuse page is fine as it is,the problem is that people just cannot accept it when they cannot run someone off site cuz the other voting members disagree with their report...
Admin put the panel in place so everyone could have a say in how people get removed and what for...

It takes two years of membership before you can vote and you have to be verified.... that's to stop fake accounts backing up their owners in votes...

The only thing that was seedy about the referral was that while in a chat room, another member identified 1216Elin as posting internet pictures, leopoldij quickly took the opportunity report to claim the 50 point bounty.
Most of the time it tells me I'm not allowed, so I restart my computer and walla. I'm in. What I propose is a similar link that appears under "SOCIAL". ANYONE would get to read but not vote. At least, those that care would know the score
